Why Texas

No state income tax

Texas taxes neither personal nor corporate income.

$0 franchise tax for most

Companies at or below $2.65 million in annual revenue owe none for the 2026 and 2027 report years.

No yearly state fee

One free report each May 15. Delaware charges $300 a year, Wyoming at least $60.

Where business is moving

Over 3 million active companies, a dedicated business court and, since 2026, the Texas Stock Exchange.

Texas or another state? A straight answer.

We only form Texas companies. Here's the honest rule.

If your company will do business in Texas, form it in Texas. A Wyoming or Delaware LLC that operates here must also register in Texas for $750 and file Texas reports anyway, so you pay twice. If your company will never touch Texas, another state may suit you better, and we'll tell you so on the first call.

Questions

Do I need to be a US citizen or live in the US?

No. Texas allows anyone to own an LLC, and we handle the whole process remotely.

Do I need an SSN or ITIN to get an EIN?

No. We apply for your EIN with Form SS-4. If you later need an ITIN, we certify the application as an IRS Certifying Acceptance Agent.

Does a Texas LLC pay franchise tax?

Companies with annualized revenue at or below $2.65 million owe no franchise tax for the 2026 and 2027 report years. They still file a Public Information Report each May 15, which we prepare.

Do you open my US bank account?

We prepare the documents banks ask for and guide you through the application. Approval is the bank's decision.
